Rules and Waiver

To maintain a safe and family-friendly environment, we ask all visitors to adhere to the following rules. These guidelines are in place to protect everyone and ensure a fun experience for all.

General Rules:

- All persons entering the premises do so at their own risk.
- No Pets Allowed – For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the park.
- Wristbands are required for entry and must be worn visibly at all times.
- Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 or older.
- Guests with health conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure, or expectant mothers should refrain from using the water slides and JumpZone.
- Proper swimwear is required at all times in the waterpark.
- Running, diving, or rough play is strictly prohibited.
- Guests showing signs of illness or open wounds will not be allowed to enter the water.
- Glass containers, food, or beverages are not allowed near the pool and JumpZone for safety reasons.
- Crystal Sun maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe, profane, or disruptive behavior. Guests who violate these terms will be removed without a refund.
- Intoxicated guests or those under the influence of drugs will not be permitted on the premises.
- For the privacy and safety of all, the use of cameras and mobile devices is prohibited in locker rooms and bathroom areas.

Right of Admission:

Crystal Sun Waterpark and JumpZone reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with our rules. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe environment.

Your safety is our priority, but it's essential to note that all guests entering Crystal Sun Waterpark do so at their own risk. By visiting the park, you agree to the terms of our liability waiver, which covers any potential injuries or damages that may occur while using the park’s facilities.
